INAR-SPLICE MAT Machine for Connecting Magnet Wires

INAR-SPLICE MAT is a crimping press designed for the application of magnet wire terminals from the INAR-SPLICE and INAR-SPLICE ‘VAR’ ranges.

The Splice Mat is designed for:

• Easy access to the connection area.
• “In-line” and “head” crimping.
• Allowing crimping of very short wires.
• Simple and fast processing since the cross terminals help the operator position the cables in the crimping area perfectly.
• Rapid adjustment of the crimping heights in the combinations of cables to be applied.
• Excess wire trimming and in-line crimping in one simple step.

Special characteristics:

• No mechanical engagement (clutch or brake) resulting in reduced maintenance work.
• Electrical JOB positioning for cycle check and work tool fine-tuning.
