We are proud to be the first in Italy to adopt the new BRUDERER BSTA 410, a high-performance punching press equipped with a BSA servo axis. Ultra-modern control technology, together with integrated measuring and monitoring functions, guarantees tolerances on a microscopic scale.

The presence of servo axis technology is crucial for speed optimisation in our production process. Through our first tests, we have already recorded a significant improvement in production speed, with a 50% increase. This represents a significant step in our constant quest for operational improvements, guaranteeing, as always, maximum quality and precision.

The new solution adopts “Best Available Techniques for the Surface Treatment of Metals and Plastics (BREF)” for pollution prevention and reduction.

The new process involves a linear passage through a series of equipment that convert the water rich of metals/reagents leaving the production section, into water of a quality similar to that drawn from the water network.

All the instruments purchased and designed are of the highest level and technological avant-garde in the sector.

The intervention has also involved the renovation of the building with the renovation of the roof, the electrical system that today uses LED technology, flooring and fireproof partitioning.

This project, from the study to its implementation, took a year of work.
